Operation course:
Week 1:
Half a bottle, i.e. 0.5ml (one week observation period).
Note: During the observation period, we mainly test everyone's physique and gastrointestinal problems, and whether they have any discomfort. Do not use in excess!
The second to fourth week:
If you feel unwell, continue to drink half a bottle, 0.5 ml, once a week;
Without discomfort, beat half to one bottle, i.e. 0.5-1ml, once a week.
Week 5-8:
If you feel unwell, take one bottle, 0.8ml, once a week:
Without discomfort, take 1 to 1 and a half bottles, i.e. 1-1.5ml, once a week.
